of your Generac Product. First, Generac Engines
are built by a company called "Generac Power Systems"
and that company is different from Generac Portable
Generators and Pressure Washers made by a company
called "Generac Portable Products".
Both companies years ago were one company.
The original Generac Power Systems company
made Portable Generators, Engines,
and home Standby Generators.
Generac Power Systems sold off the small portable
lines of Generators and kept the Engines and Standby
generators.
"Generac Power Systems" is now making larger KW
portable generators, under the "Guardian" name.
Simply the same generator
packages they put in their Guardian Home Standby units,
but on wheels and carriers.
Only Generac Power Systems is making
an engine with the Generac name on it.
Generac Portable Products, Inc.
has recently been purchased
and now owned by the manufacturer of
Briggs & Stratton Engines, "Briggs & Stratton Company".
