Please understand we have the most orders to fill on Mondays and if you submitted your order late Friday or Saturday or Sunday we are working hard to get your order processed. Calling us on Mondays will only slow us down.

IF YOU ORDERED ON FRIDAY AND ARE CALLING ON MONDAY YOU SHOULD PROBABLY ASK FOR OUR RUSH SERVICE!

If you call us to request your order status, expect a minimum15 minute hold time.

We only have one person IN THE WAREHOUSE who answers order status inquiries.

CHECK ORDER STATUS We must have your Pay Pal Transaction I.D. number to process your order status. IF you don't provided a Pay Pal I.D. number within your email or an accurate I.D. number we will not be able to reply to your request and will delete your request. If you submitted your order Friday late, Saturday, or Sunday we will get to your order as soon as we can. For us to answer your order status inquiry, we must have the following:
First Name and Last name on the order
Pay Pal transaction I.D. number
Phone number if we need to contact you.
PUT ORDER STATUS IN YOUR SUBJECT BOX
REFUNDS If you desire to have your order refunded, send that request to adminarkansasope@centurytel.net or click on the REFUNDS link. Refunds normally take 1 to 3 days for a refund to be processed. With unusual circumstances it may take longer. If your order has been shipped already we will not process a refund until the product is returned to us. Review our RETURN POLICY if your order has already been sent to you.
PAY PAL DISPUTES If you want a refund, simply send us an email and you will receive your refund. Filing a Pay Pal dispute will not cause your order to be expidited, it will cause a refund from us. In addition, if you file a Pay Pal dispute you will cause a longer wait time for your refund. If you file a Pay Pal Dispute it will take approximately 7 to 10 days longer than if you simply email our office asking for a refund. If you file a Pay Pal dispute and your order has already been shipped we will tell Pay Pal that your order has already been shipped and Pay Pal will terminate the dispute in our favor. Save yourself some time and simply send us an email with all order status requests or your desire to receive a refund. Life is so much easier that way. Thank you.
