I ordered this part in early January and your company emailed and said you couldn't provide a ship date and gave the option to cancel the order. So I canceled the order and my credit card was refunded. My part came in stock and your company emailed me with the option to purchase. Great customer service! Thank You!

I found your shop just by searching for the repair manual.
I couldn't find it anywhere in Australia (though I didn't call any shops)
so felt it would be easier, and probably cheaper
to have it sent from the US.
The fact you're in a small town in Arkansas doesn't matter when the
service is at least as good as ordering from my nearest town
and knowing you're working in a real workshop in a real town,
as opposed to a computer in a massive anonymous dispatch warehouse
feels good to me.
Your site made it pretty clear what I wanted, and the ordering process
was painless, so I have no reservations about doing it again.

I had tried using the manufacturer's site to find the parts I needed for my compressor. They didn't even show my model as having ever existed. I did a Google search and fortunately found your site. It was very easy to find detailed diagrams of my compressor with complete parts breakdowns and details. This made it easy to find the parts I needed and will help in making the repair as well.
I found the one part that I know I needed and a few that I was not sure about. Always looking to save a buck, I tried to order the one part that I knew I needed and your system suggested the other two that I was not sure about! This is obviously a common problem and you know the fix. I ordered my parts and have full confidence that my compressor will be fixed as soon as the parts come in.
