Some items may have to be built by the manufacturer.
Some special order items weigh to much to ship to us then on to you.
Paying for two shipping charges on heavy items doesn't make good business sense.
We often elect to drop ship some of the heavier items
and when we do the entire order delivery schedule is based on
our suppliers shipping schedules and planning.

Some special order items come with CANCELLATION FEE OR RESTOCKING FEE.
Review our RETURN POLICY PRIOR TO ORDERING.

Not all of the items we have on our website are normal stock items. In many cases we can not keep an item on our shelf due to the extreme cost of the item and its ability to move
quickly off of our shelf.

Considering all the many parts we could possibly stock, there are many that are high in cost value and we have determined that it is not to our benefit to stock this item on our shelf, but to rely on our supplier to stock it on their shelf.

If you determine that you need an item of this nature, you are invited to contact our office during normal business hours and inquire about the parts needed. At that time you may discuss the availability of the parts you do have questions about. Please keep in mind, even our suppliers and manufacturers may not stock some items.
