If you need your parts rather quickly then you should call us and ask for the details on our RUSH SERVICE.  There are some rules and conditions to this service. If we are able to provide this for you we will do what we can. 

Rush Service is not Next Day Air delivery.

RULES-

1. Before we can provide RUSH SERVICE the part has to be in stock at our location.
2. If the part is not in stock at our location, it has to be in stock at our suppliers location or the manufacturers location, otherwise we won't be able to assist you with any type of immediate or RUSH SERVICE.
3. RUSH SERVICE is not Next Day Air delivery, it is only a term we use to prioritize your order to the front of the line.  This comes with a fee.
4. Fees associated with this RUSH SERVICE are outlined lower in this page, and do not include charges for the part, normal delivery and handling charges or the delivery charges our suppliers may also charge.  All costs and normal delivery and handling fees will be charged to you plus the added RUSH SERVICE fee.
5. You must contact us during our normal business hours and state you need RUSH SERVICE.  See our CONTACT US link on this same page.
6. If you want NEXT DAY AIR OR SECOND DAY DELIVERY, you must also understand that is an added charge.  Our normal RUSH SERVICE will still use our standard delivery methods which are outlined on our CHECK ORDER STATUS page.
7. In some cases where we may be out of stock on an item we will have to involve our supplier.  When we involve our suppliers there are certain considerations, such as but not limited to; our suppliers may be closed for the day or it may be past their cutoff time for outbound shipments.  If that is the case, then your RUSH SERVICE can still take place, it just won't happen until the next business day considering our business days and our suppliers own business schedules.  Some of our suppliers take off certain days for holidays and or seasonal shutdown periods for various reasons beyond our control.
8. Once it is determined that we can assist you with RUSH SERVICE, we will proceed with your order to the best of our capability.  While we will try to do our best, we will not be held responsible for any losses real or  perceived for any reason in the event your order does not arrive to suit your needs or schedule.  All we can do is turn the order over to the shipping company and after that we will not be held responsible.  Our only offer for our failures will be limited to refunding of the RUSH SERVICE fee.

• NEXT DAY                                            SECOND DAY DELIVERY-                            If you want any type of EXPEDITED DELIVERY that will be another charge to be determined on a case by case basis. You will have to phone  our office for all RUSH SERVICES and must also make it clear you are wanting NEXT DAY OR SECOND DAY delivery by UPS.  Added RUSH SERVICE and DROP SHIP fees will apply.

• LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY-We will not be responsible for delays or failures to deliver caused by agencies or any other 3rd party individual or group, company or representative, weather, or causes beyond our immediate control.   Delivery insurance may be available and if so, that insurance will only cover the safe delivery or your products, and is not considered to be an insurance guaranteeing a timely delivery by any means or methods, mentioned or implied.
