Before we will complete any order for  "SPECIAL ORDER ITEM/S" you the buyer must agree to the terms and conditions of this type of order.  The form below must be completed before we will process any order for you.  SPECIAL ORDER items are normally processed over the phone and this is just part of the process to complete your order.

You may have been directed to this page because the product you bought online is a SPECIAL ORDER ITEM even though it has a shopping cart and you have already paid for the product by completing our online shopping and payment process.  If we determine an item is a SPECIAL ORDER ITEM, you will be directed to this page to complet the form below before we will complete your order for you.  If you don't complete the form below inside 24 hours of being directed to this form, your order may be cancelled and refunded in full.

You must agree to the terms of our special order process!

• SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
• If you found a "CONTACT US" note on our website, that item is most likely considered a special order item.  It is your responsibility to decide if our delivery time frames meet your expectations. While we can quote you estimated delivery on special order items, we will not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by factory or vendors beyond our control, even those delays that are extended delays longer than any original estimated time of delivery to you or our location.
  
• Once an order for a special order item is submitted, our policy on cancellations is the same as a parts return.  This does require our approval and agreement to make a cancellation on a special order item.  You may be charged any charges we will incur including but not limited to a 20 percent restocking fee and any other cancellation charges or fees our suppliers or manufacturers may impose upon us. 
  
• If our supplier has a "NO CANCELLATION" policy or  fees then we too will not be able to cancel the special order or do so without passing any charges on to you the customer.  If your order is approved for cancellation and occurs prior to shippment or any shipping charges have been applied to this order then your refund will be less any APPLIED CANCELLATION or RESTOCKING charges less shipping charges, if any.
• Special order items are items such as but not limited to Air Compressor Pumps that have to be built, Engines or Short Blocks that require factory building, and any other item or items that are not considered normal shelf item by our company or our suppliers or manufacturers or any other company or entity not mentioned here within. 
• PRODUCT SPECIFIC ITEMS AND BRANDS -   Any Big Dog, Hustler, non stocking parts are special order products and both Big Dog and Hustler products specifically come with a 100 percent NO CANCELLATION once the order is committed to be delivered to you. 
  
• WARRANTY OF ANY PRODUCT SOLD - It is your responsibility to research your product warranty.  Manufacturers often change their warranty policies and we can't possibly keep up with any or all changes.  We do not represent any product expressed or implied for warranty.  Consult your product manufacturers warranty.   We will not advise you of warrantability of any product, parts, or services.
